I went to visit this breeder and I didn't end up buying a dog from her. It was a magical day though meeting them and playing with the puppies. I learned so much about French bulldogs. The dogs were beautiful and very loved.This is not a puppy mill. It's a lovely house and totally not what I expected. I didn't feel pressured or anything. If I do buy a French bulldog, I will get one from Dr. Zoll.

Once in a while you have an unforgettable experience in a surprising place. Our family was just visiting Ojai and we heard about this breeder and she was very welcoming and on the spur of the moment we went to visit her and meet all of her dogs and a couple of puppies. Although we did not buy a puppy yet she made me want to if I ever would it would be from her. She was so informative, so warm, so welcoming and wise and I left feeling like I knew where I would go back when the time comes and we are ready for a puppy. There was no pressure to buy just pure honest sincere welcoming information and animals and it was a truly fun experience for my wife and myself and our three young children . What a lovely surprise! I highly recommend to anyone that wants to learn about this breed to make the extra effort and go to Ojai to meet this breeder .

My experience with Dr. Zoll was excellent, I don't believe I could've found a more pleasant, knowledgeable, or charming breeder. The atmosphere when I arrived was beautifully designed and seemed very relaxed. Fortunately for me it is also a bed and breakfast so I couldn't resist but to stay and carouse about beautiful Ojai for the evening. The beautiful reverse blue brindle boy I purchased was such a unique color that I couldn't resist when I first saw him. It was obvious Marika had a deep passion for every aspect of the breed. She was completely willing to answer all of my questions in depth and details and actually showed me the treatments, immunity testing, vitamins , homeopathic alternatives, and even vet care references specializing in the breed! I couldn't have asked for a more edifying experience and all I was looking to do was buy a puppy, lol! I would definitely refer anyone I know and already have referred several people who have asked me where I bought my beautiful Bruno. Thank you again Dr Zoll~
